Menorquin starts the new season and launches its full programme of international boat show appearances at the Cannes International Boat Show. Menorquin has been presenting its lines at Cannes for several years and is conscious that “participating at this international event, the prelude to the autumn boat shows, is vital due to its high profile as an international forum “par excellence” and outstanding reference point for leading European pleasure craft manufacturers”, assures its Sales and Marketing Director, Javier Cancela.

Between next 9 and 14 September when the 2009 Cannes international Boat Show takes place, Menorquin will be exhibiting a floating display of its cruisers Menorquin Yachts. Visitors to the Cannes Boat Show will have the chance to see first hand the shipbuilder’s new model the Menorquin Yacht 120, with a 12-metre hull. The yacht made its debut earlier this year at the Palma International Boat Show. The other model that the firm will also be presenting is the Menorquin Yacht 160, with a 16-metre hull it has all the features of larger boats and is the ideal craft for cruising.

Menorquin will also be taking the model of the Menorquin Custom Yacht 240 to the Cannes Boat Show, which together with the Menorquin Yacht 200, comprises the shipyard’s larger range of vessels. This model, designed by the prestigious Fulvio de Simone, is constructed exclusively to order and can be personalised according to clients’ tastes and requirements, and who will also have the chance to participate in the interior distribution and configuration, as well as in the details concerning the yacht’s decoration and fittings.

To complete the presentation at Cannes, Menorquin will be unveiling an intense promotional campaign for its Menorquin Llaüts ranges, which incorporates vessels varying between 5 to 8 metres in length, and also Largo by Menorquin, the firm’s line of classic runabouts with its Largo 100 GT model.
